Ram’s Beginnings
RAM Printing was incorporated in 1976 by its founder, Robert A. MacAuley. Located on Rte. 125 in Plaistow, NH, RAM was purchased in 1981 by the present owners, Wally and Buddy Zaremba. A commercial printing company, RAM employs over 65 people.
In 1984, a new facility was built in East Hampstead, NH, which RAM still occupies today. The original 4,000 sq. ft. building has undergone three additions, one in 1987 and the second in 1992 to bring total square footage to 11,000 sq. ft.
2005 saw the completion of a 4000 sq. ft. expansion to their existing production facility. The construction, which began late last year, came in response to the need for additional production space to accommodate the new Heidelberg Speedmaster CD/74 five-color press with aqueous coating tower that was installed in the spring of 2004.
The new expansion houses the bindery and finishing equipment, as well as the expanded shipping and receiving departments, bringing the total square footage of the main production facility to 16000 sq. ft. In addition to the space for production, RAM gained much-needed office and conference space in the area that previously held the shipping department.
In 1996, RAM purchased an additional 11,000 sq. ft. with the acquisition of the building next door to the main print facility. This second building is home to Hampstead Print & Copy, RAM Mailing Service, and GuestMark International, which are divisions of RAM Printing.
Hampstead Print & Copy (HPC) provides a multitude of services to the public and to RAM Clients. With an array of copy-related services and digital capabilities, it supports full electronic desktop from design to output services from supplied electronic data.
RAM Mailing Service (RMS) is a complete mail house facility. From short to long run, RMS can provide inserting, tabbing, cheshire labeling, ink jetting and will provide the most cost-effective postal rates available to our customer.
