As owner of RAM Printing with his brother, Buddy, Wally Zaremba is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of RAM Printing and its related companies. His work at Castle Publications in Plaistow, NH during high school sparked his passion for pursuing his future in the printing industry. Wally continued his formal training at New Hamsphire Technical College. After graduating, Wally worked in sales for Robert A. MacAuley’s printing company, RAM Printing. Soon thereafter, in 1981, Buddy and Wally had the vision and entrepreneurial spirit to purchase the business, and the rest is history. Wally’s years of experience, industry knowledge and team-based philosophy help him to set the direction for the organization, ensuring a commitment to excellence, establishing new benchmarks for quality products and services.

As owner of Ram Printing with his brother Wally, Buddy Zaremba is responsible for providing enterprise-wide strategic and organizational direction for the Company. 36 years of industry experience, a degree in Graphic Arts from the NH Technical College and strong leadership skills provided the foundation for his success. Acquired by Wally and Buddy as a seven-person hands-on operation, RAM has expanded to a multi-entity company with a workforce that has grown ten-fold. Buddy keeps pace with changing technology and industry trends through professional courses at PINE (Printing Industry of New England). Community activities and philanthropic endeavors include serving on the Board of Directors for the United Way, NH Graphic Arts Association and Board of Regents for Chester College. Buddy resides in Hampstead with his wife and two sons.

John Olson, aka “Johnny O” is synonymous with RAM Printing. As General Manager, he is one of RAM’s key go-to guys. A strong presence and driving force at RAM, nothing shakes, rattles or rolls through production without Johnny. With over three decades of experience in the printing industry including 12 years at RAM, Johnny O has worked in all areas from press to bindery to management. A graduate of Shawsheen Valley Technical School in Billerica, MA, Johnny O has continually grown and expanded his skills keeping up with the technological evolution of the industry. Production juggler extraordinaire, he manages to make everything happen, but is best loved for his heart of gold. Johnny O lives in Sandown with his wife and 6 daughters, and is a strong sports enthusiast.

Kathi has been with RAM for 22 years and has a wealth of experience in all facets of the printing business. From day to day management to long range planning, major responsibilities include overseeing the office, press schedules and human resources. Kathi’s extraordinary ability to keep up with and to help set the fast pace of the printing industry has proven invaluable to success at RAM. Kathi shares her office with Froto, an African Grey Parrot and lives in Danville NH with her husband on their 13 acre horse farm with 2 Dutch Friesians, 1 Irish Gypsy Cob and a Quarter Horse. Kathi rides competitively when time allows.

Jim joined the RAM sales team 16 years ago and today handles a full and diverse client base that runs the gamut from healthcare to hospitality to pet supply and graphic design houses. Jim’s ability to see the big picture, to help clients bring ideas to fruition and troubleshooting skills enable him to succeed in all aspects of his job with a positive attitude and a terrific outlook on life. Jim brings a degree from Northeastern University, 10 years as a construction field engineer and 26 years of printing expertise to his position at RAM Printing. He currently resides in Hampton NH close to the beach, but not too far from RAM.

Mike brings 29 years of printing experience to RAM. His experience spans many aspects of the printing field including; prepress, electronic prepress, estimating, customer service and sales. Mike considers himself a printing coach and enjoys advising clients throughout the printing process. Whether helping to show how to provide print-ready files, or offering suggestions for paper and finishing, his goal is that everyone is completely satisfied with the finished product. Mike believes that effective communication and planning guarantee goals are reached. When not at RAM, Mike is an avid gardener, sports fan and amateur oil painter.

As Account Representative, John’s responsibilities include direct mail, sales and market development, guiding clients through the process of creating, implementing and measuring the success of their print based campaign. John’s knowledge of the industry has been built upon his skills developed as press operator, bindery machine operator, print shop owner, account representative and sales manager. With the RAM Companies since 1991, John has been as an integral asset to the Company’s continued growth and success. As a graduate of the Northeast School of Broadcasting in Boston, John continues to manage and perform around the country with his band, the Eastern Sound Orchestra.

As Account Representative in Printing Sales with RAM since 1991, Steve has been a great asset for RAM, solidly contributing to the growth and success of the company. A printer’s printer, with a full range of expertise in the graphics industry, Steve earned a BS in Graphic Arts Technology from Central Connecticut State University in 1979. His first position was as a Graphic Designer with Sweet Life Foods. From there, Steve went on to hold positions of responsibility in Graphics Educational Services, Technical Product Support, Printing Equipment Sales. Steve possesses an exceptional base from which to assist and advise his clients in all aspects of design and production of their printed pieces. Now if only he wasn’t a Yankees fan…

Lennie is IT when it comes to Information Technology at RAM. As IT Manager, he handles networking, server administration, web development, electronic prepress and workflow development and management. His motto is “If it plugs into the wall, I’m responsible for it.” Lennie’s current focus includes transitioning RAM’s prepress department from a raster based workflow to an updated, faster and more flexible PDF based workflow. Lennie has 16 years experience in the printing industry including 12 years specializing in Information Technology specific to graphics and has a strong background in traditional as well as electronic prepress. Lennie is a role model for any of us who wish we could turn a life-long interest into a career. Lennie lives in Manchester with his wife and 3 children.
